Film releasing part: This part is composed of (the left side is for the bottom film and the right side is for the covering film) 2 sets of pneumatic core shaft partly in the left and right (one set in the right and left starts to work firstly. When the first volume of film is about to use up , the second set of film continues), in addition to electrical discharging device, rectifying system, pressure sensor.

Film heating part: Heat the left bottom film to 45-50 degrees, which makes the film more easily to be stretched in the mold.

Spread water evenly on covering film as adhesive to press the bottom film and covering film in a firm bond due to the film soluble in water.

Filling part: It consists of filling pump and filling head which are produced by our self R&D.

Main mould part: divide a cylinder mould into 36 equal parts in circle and 10 equal parts in width. And the diameter of the cylinder is 600mm and the width is 500mm.Then we process 360 laundry liquid pod moulds on the cylinder and fit 36 sets of vacuum solenoid valve on it.

Pressing film part: the right film is covered on the main mould which has the left film as bottom film stretched and filled liquid material though filling pump. The cover film is firmly bonded with the bottom film, the liquid material is not leaked.
